Friendly and accommodating
Convenience and speed to/from the airport. The only thing that needs to be improved upon is the sign upon entry that shows which aisle has available parking. When I arrived Sunday morning it said "Rows 4/5" were open (I think it's been stuck on those numbers for a couple years). I drove up and down and wasn't able to find a spot until Row 8. This has been the case several times lately when I arrive.

Convenience and price
I feel safe in the parking lot. I like the choices offered (self-park, covered, etc). The employees are all very accommodating and friendly.

Edwin was great! He carried me to the airport when I left and remembered me when he picked me up! I was able to park in a covered area and it was efficient for pick up. Of course, that could be a result of Edwin dropping people off, but I will still use it again!

I like the convenience and the timliness of the shuttle service. George was personable and concerned about getting me to the airport. Donald was courteous and professional getting me back to my verhicle. I have tried other shuttle services in the past, but PNF is the best.
We had a reservation and were finally able to find a spot to park (it was apparently an extremely busy day) but the driver was there to pick us up quickly and deliver us to our terminal. We really appreciated the courtesy and help with our luggage.
The effective communication via the app was good. The drivers ability to assist was wonderful. One more thing the car wash was a plus. The negative comment the bar code reader needs a small improvement.
