Getting out of the airport was great, drivers were very friendly made for a less stressful trip. Only downfall was we didn’t get a stop at the delta gate but I think that’s because everyone said where they were going at the same time. Short walk was fine so I have no complaints.

From the time we pulled in the lot to park the car, the guy was right there to take us to the airport, and when we got to the airport, the guy was there to take us to our car. Everything was a timely manner. They were very respectful and pleasant. Thank you.

So convenient and easy to use! Bus meets you at your car, helps with luggage and is there to pick you up when you arrive back and take you back to your car.

This was my first time using the service and I was impressed by how quick and smooth the process was. I was worried I was going to have long shuttle waits, but one was there to pick me up before I could gather all of my things. I’ll for sure be using this service again for my next trip.

The buses were always there quickly to pick us up from our parking spot and dropping off at the airport. Every employee we came into contact with was very kind and courteous. There was plenty of parking spaces for covered parking. Park ‘N Fly’s prices are reasonable. Their app is easy to use.

Barcode label reader on 2 areas did not work good on my phone, and even on paper. You need to check it out. The driver that followed me opened the gate for me. Otherwise all services were ok. Getting into the bus is fast. Pick-up service is also fast on the app.

-- However, the directions on where to pick up the shuttle in the email could have been explained better because the way it is explained seems to assume that will you will be picking up your luggage from the bottom level and return to the "departures" level above to look for the "off airport shuttles" signs outside.

-- We had some difficulty locating the pick-up location. The off-airport signs were not clear when walking around outside the airport on the side walk area to understand where exactly is the pick up location. For example, it was not clear that the shuttle pick up area is actually across the street from the side walk.

I asked one of the airport workers and they actually told me to go to different level from the "departures" level which was no help. Fortunately, the shuttle happened to be already present that we saw across the street [which had the Park 'N fly logo on the shuttle].

It helped it was already at the pick-up spot & picking up other passengers with the logos on the shuttle, so we knew we were at the correct pick up location and getting on the correct shuttle.

So easy to get in and out! We parked and the bus was there immediately. Upon arrival back in Chicago, the bus pulled up to get us within 5 minutes. Just fantastic!!!

Park n Fly is far more affordable and efficient than onsite airport parking. We do less walking with large bags, which is huge with kids and strollers! There is always a shuttle nearly ready or already waiting. When I travel alone with my toddler, the drivers help me load my bags so I can board with my child. From door-to-door, I am convinced this is substantially quicker than pricey onsite parking that is unpredictable as far as availability goes. I always run into holiday overflow issues. Park n Fly guarantees a reservation so I feel so comfortable booking.
