What do you like about our services?

Park & Fly plus has improved their service levels over the course of my last few visits. Shuttles to and from the airport have been more timely which is the key thing in selecting an off-site parking company.
In addition i would give Kudos for the communication around pick up locations moving upstairs and then back downstairs.

Close to the Airport.

I do wish that the Vans picking up at the airport were more frequent. Seems that your sister operation, Park N Fly Plus, are always there waiting on customers in the pick up area.

What do you like about our services?

The parking lot is well organized and managed by the Park 'N Fly team. Shuttles are clean, drivers are helpful and courteous and shuttle availability it usually adequate. Check in and check out process is efficient and well managed.

We alwaysvalet park. Staff is always professional when we drop car off and pick car up.When we arrive back in Atlanta, car is sitting there waiting for us - cooled off in summer or heated in winter.

Can set up everything and pay online, quick shuttle bus over to airport, vehicle is secure and then the car wash before we leave! 🙃
