Your employees are friendly and efficient. Service begins the minute you enter the Valet Parking Lane and ends as they put your baggage in your car upon your return. Waiting times for the shuttles are minimal.

When I arrived and pulled up the app, my reservation wasn't there. The sign said the lot was full, so I started to get really worried. However, the absolute angel in the welcome booth had me print out a ticket and allowed me in. I arrived around 3:45 pm on Friday 6/9. Please pass along my gratitude to the person working that day. (Later I realized that my trip had been pushed back a week and I hadn't remembered to change my parking reservation.)
