We had an "emergency" in that we had lost keys. My daughter delivered an
additional set of keys for us and everything was there when we needed it.
The manager check our ID's gave us the backup keys and we were out of there.

We booked on line and paid in advance. When we entered the lot i was picked up almost immediately. The driver hopped out and picked up our luggage and put it in the racks for us. The trip from the time we entered the lot until we were at the terminal was the quickest I have ever experienced. When we returned I responded to the text from Park 'N Fly. Someone responded immediately telling us where to wait and informed us that a van was on the way. Very short wait. We scanned our way our while there was a short line waiting to pay with cash or card.

My husband and I flew into Atlanta early Saturday, June 10, from Anchorage, Alaska. We had been up 24 hours and were exhausted! I had lost the ticket telling where our car was parked. I very nice young man drove us around the lot for about 20 minutes while holding our key fob out the window hoping to catch our car's signal. Eventually he did. He was absolutely wonderful! I wish I had gotten his name, but I did not because I was so flustered from the situation. He was the most patient person, never stopped smiling and reassuring us. We are very thankful!

My Go To Spot when flying out of Midway. The booking process in easy and receiving the QR code to scan upon arrival. The facility offers both covered and uncovered options, I've always chosen the covered area which is very accommodating. The shuttle will pick you up in that area, load your luggage and take you to Midway. The arrival pack at Midway just use the App for pickup and you are taken back to your vehicle. I feel the place is very secure and great place to park when traveling from and to Midway.

It is easy to use, not to expensive and bus service is fast, drivers are helpful and courteous.

Everything was perfect. I like the proximity to the airport plus a smaller lot than others I have used in the past. The bus drivers are the most kind, professional men and I can’t say enough about the experience. I’ll be back for sure.
