Very prompt and good communication with customer.
We came in on the 10th of June . A women that was already waiting called to be picked up.
We waited 5-7 minutes I called and by then there were 15 people waiting and everyone said they called. The last time I called a person answered it was so noisy by the 6 more people came I could hear the person but I said you need 3 vans and hung up.
Finally n came we got on and kids sat on laps and a traveler helped the guy put luggage away.
The driver called it in more vans. We were 3/4 of the way to our car and then we finally saw two
Vans together going to puck up the other people.
Terrible service the manager should be gone. We were going out to the gate no one in then huts to help either. Some guy came out and I said what going on , he said you hung up on me
Total jerk. I never got a final bill but just wanted to get out.
The worst service I’ve ever had
The vans should be running constantly and you know who many people that are coming in

The driver on the way to the airport never got out or helped with luggage barely spoke to us. I think it was the same driver I had in my last trip who didn’t help me either way and I’m limping with an ankle brace on. I did receive a follow up phone call re this but when I called back it didn’t give me ta person to talk to as I had seen the voicemail after the time this person was available 😩
However, on this trip on the way back to park n fly our driver was amazing.
On exiting. When we drove to cashier window there was 1 car in front of us and we waited and waited. Finally my husband walked near and asked. The lady said she was scanning coupons and it would be a while. So we backed up and went to the cashier in the covered parking to exit. When we drove out that car wells still sitting at the window. Yikes !
Also I could not get my park n fly pass to go to apple wallet. I called tried all the tips emailed with no success. I hope that problem gets fixed soon.

Please have driver explain that I need my confirmation to exit. My driver said just drive out, gate would open. Nope. Had to get attendant to find my reservation to confirm.

The attendants at the check in and out gate were very helpful. The transit was easy and worked with all the customers to ensure they got to and from the airport with ease.

Simple to book and quick shuttles.
Since this was my first time, I didn’t know what to expect. Upon driving in. I was met with a friendly service rep who helped me check in. After we parked , we were met with the shuttle at our car and transported to the airport. Upon return, because it was midnight, once again, we were pleased with the shuttle and being dropped off at our car. Just a reminder to others, keep your tag, which indicates your parking spot. The drivers appreciate that. Checking out was also a breeze!
