Someone is always coming out to assist you right away The employees are so friendly I like if they are pulling away from sitting at 4F and your not quite there you flag them they still pick you up they just don’t pass you up

Shuttle driver Rinh was a huge help for me. He kindly helped me figure out how to use the barcode scanner and was friendly and informative during my ride to the airport. When my flight was cancelled, he was quick to help me sort out rebooking my reservation for the next day.
