Quick shuttle pick ups and drop offs
I got there very early, 3 am and was picked up almost at once, nice in the cold, foggy morning. On the return, it was about 15 minutes at 1:30 pm before you came (a rival shuttle came 3 times in that period). But all was OK, drivers nice and courteous and it is nice to have the vehicle ready to go. Still puzzled about the exit - do I scan my receipt or it is now automatic>
I like the wait time are usually fairly short for pick up and drop off.

Van was at our vehicle as we were unloading. Quick and easy drive to the terminal. Received a card with our spot number that was given to the driver upon return so we're dropped right back at our car. Very convenient to not have to remember our spot like at other lots.
