What do you like about our services?

I like the prices and how easy it is to park, get picked up, and get to the airport. I was happy to see there is now an attendant stationed at the airport pick up location to ensure the vehicles are on time and to manage the line. Recently, I have parked in Covered Parking for the first two times ever. Both times, the attendant at the gate directed us to the Uncovered parking row. I presume they can see on their computer what type of reservation we have. Both times, the shuttle drivers had no close we were in there waiting. Once I had to flag down a shuttle, and the second time I had to call Customer Service to send one over. If we're paying extra, you would think that detail would be noticed. Luckily we are familiar with the lot and knew where to go and figured out how to get picked up.
