I do not live close to my loved one in need of Senior Helpers' services, so I truly depend on the team of office staff and caregivers to help me help my loved one in between my visits. They have done such a great job!
- The office is well-run under Sara's leadership.
- Jenni and Sara are responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. When specific problems arise (maybe weather issues, or worrisome observations or questions about my loved one), the level of communication is great and so very appreciated.
- All the aides I've met have been fantastic with my loved one. Many of them have prior experience with dementia patients, in particular, which is so important for us. I feel like they're part of a true team that is working towards the best care and problem-solving for my loved one.
Thanks to Senior Helpers, my level of worry has decreased and my level of relief and gratitude has increased!
