Very nice people
Hello, First of all, my husband and I like the promptness of the young ladies. They acknowledge both of us in a very friendly manner. They speak loudly and clearly to my husband as it is needed.
The ladies are very outgoing and gladly share personal details to better acquaint themselves to us. We spend the first few minutes of their visit getting comfortable with other.
The girls walk with him and will soon do some chair exercises with my husband. They are very attentive and seem to enjoy doing puzzles with him.
Overall, we are quite pleased with Mimi and Desi, and we hope they can remain in service to us for as long as needed.
Also, I have been most pleased with your staff response when I contact your agency. They show concern and do their best to solve any issues and meet our needs.
