You are very on top of things, making sure we get the help needed.
Aides are usually trained well and are ready to serve....including any needs I have for chores. (which I am still reluctant to ask, but I do on occasion). Some are better than others like Linda
who sees what needs to be done and does it!. I always agree. She is wonderful!

The largest part of their duties is my husband who they are good at talking and listening.

I am taken where I need to go, always on time. When I am ready to leave my driver(Mr Ed Thompsen) is waiting to take me home. No longs waits as with Uber. It gives me a sense of security knowing there is someone there for me.

My husband's care helper is the best. Her time with him allows me to get things I need to do and not worry about if he is ok while I am gone. The staff has been very helpful with schedules and have been understanding when times need to be changed. Example: Pop was in the hospital and then rehab for 2 weeks and they kept contact with me the whole time he was there.
