Senior Helpers is an outstanding company. The owner and his wife are both very caring and go above and beyond to ensure their clients are taken care of. Mr. Wilson came to my cousin's home to take care of a problem with her kitchen sink. I feel very fortunate to have my cousin in their care. I can call and ask questions and I feel their concern. They always check and respond to my questions or concerns. They understand their clients. They are very knowledgeable about issues concerning dementia and aging. They take care of my cousin's cats, grocery shop, and do necessary light cleaning. The home is in much better condition since they began. The caregivers that I have met are very good with my cousin. As I live out of state, I rely on Senior Helpers with confidence. I feel fortunate to have them taking care of my cousin.

I appreciate that ,in this day and age of long phone call waits to speak with a live person, I can call the agency and speak directly to either Michael or Rich.
I also appreciate that I am contacted when my aide is unable to work a particular day. There is attention to the client's need and they make an attempt to assign someone to fill in for the day.
