Anna, who I have on Tuesday and Thursday is a very hard and caring employee.
Mau was very helpful and Ron was pleased to have her company. I had suggested she might take him for a walk in the hallway as he really needs to build up his stamina, however he said he would skip the walk. I do so appreciate her assistance with my laundry, something I had not requested she might do, although I know you encourage them to find something to do even light house. Ron is pretty easy to take care of and it’s more like a babysitting job which can become quite boring. I would request her again should she be available. I now know that I can be gone for the day and not have to worry about him.

Ayla Maureen Tan is an exceptional worker. She comes here and starts her job without
having to b e told what to do. She comes with a wealth of knowledge about her job. She is an asset to your company. Bonnie Gay and Heather Braswell are both except;iomal workers

One thing though that I have a concern about the company. Your statement comes sith a notation "Due Upon Receipt" and I send my check the day I receiving the bill, yet checks are held for almost a month. It's difficult reconciling my check book and at one point the bank called me and asked if I wanted to put a stop payment on the checks after 30 days due to all the hacking going around. You're holding the checks too long.

Dependability, flexibility and kindness. Just to clarify, I am referring only to Samantha. We definitely had some issues with other caregivers, and an issue getting someone here as a replacement, in a timely manner. But your scheduler and Samantha, the 2 I deal with on a regular basis are definitely 10’s

The people that work at senior helpers have the patient's best interests when they are working with them. Keyur Shah is extremely dependable and flexible in the getting the help that is needed even in an emergency. My wife and I have been quite pleased with the caregivers that we have had and if there is a problem Keyur is very good at taking care of it. I wish the prices were not so high but this is Southern California so that is the reality/
