I've used 2 of your helpers, and both were EXCELLENT! They had very different personalities and skil-sets, and I liked that. One was detail, numbers oriented while the other was fun and more energetic.
Jonathan takes Marv to Levine Senior Center almost every Thursday for a program and entertainment. When I stopped by the other day I ran into Kathline who dances with Marv and she proceeded to say that eveyone loves Jonathan how he takes care of Marv and how he fits in. I was told jokingly (don't came back) as they want Jonathan. Marv looks forward to being with Jonathan and I do not worry. What a special young man. It is a whole different day without me there. Scheduling staff is efficient and communicative about any issues. Executive team is top and make you feel heard, seen and supported. Caregivers are for the most part very good: they perform a tough job and are mostly open to input from clients when issues arise on job performance. When it’s not a good fit with a caregiver, management and the scheduling team will find a new caregiver who may be more suitable for your loved one. Overall Senior Helpers Santa Barbara is an excellent organization.
You are on time. You communicate with the family. You are there for our loved one.

This is my second time with Senior Helpers, and I can honestly say I can't imagine receiving help from someone. They are professional and go out of their way to help you anyway they can. To me, they are like family. I just feel so comfortable with them. It was the holidays, but they worked fast to get everything done so we could start when I needed them. If you ever need help with home health care, do not bother to look anywhere else. You will not regret it! I feel very blessed to be able to return when my health changed and needed help again.

My Senior Helper is always kind, friendly, and capable. She performs her tasks quickly and without constant supervision. She also provides a bit of friendship that is much appreciated. I have never had cause to be disappointed or unsatisfied. She is a blessing as are the entire staff at Senior Helpers.
