Availability
Usually not an issue with help showing up, i know things come up and people get sick and we are notified as soon as possivle. If you leave instructions they follow them. Good communication with office staff/supervisor.

The workers have been great and for the most part, very reliable. The ones we have now are very sweet with Wally and take good care of him. They have been responsive to our needs and good about making suggestions to make our life easier -- this is my first journey as caregiver. I have no nursing and caregiving skills and the helpers have been wonderful.

Office co-ordinators (Melissa, Marie & Ross) are excellent. Aides are very pleasant and to hear my mom laughing makes my day when her aide is here. Mom's dementia/alz is progressing and some days it's so difficult for me but to know I will have some relief for a few hours is a blessing to me.
