Everything,, from when I first walked into the office. Kelly was so kind and welcoming, she gave me the best welcome hug and I didn't know her. A person full of kindness and love. Jennifer S was so understanding and also very kind, she listened to me without judgement. There was a young man I don't remember his name,but was very understanding and talked with my husband while others were helping me. All the caretakers we've had have been really nice, But the ones who we like the best are Starr and Nila..they are so kind, pay attention to what is going on. Very helpful always asking to help us in any way they can. I truly can't say enough nice thing about my experience.

Pam’s work has helped heal my depression. I am 84 years old and live in one rather shabby little room. I have endured many upsets and lived in overwhelm for several years. I tripped and fell before Thanksgiving. After a few days in acute care I went to so-called rehab where I got sick over 5 weeks and then went to the VA hospital and was restored wonderfully but was weak. My doctors recommended rehab but I missed my books piano dolls knitting bed food etc so I fibbed by describing my cluttered home as perfect. Pam is fast and cheerful. For me a clean bathroom is a luxury. Pam works around the mess as I am inspired to sort and straighten. By the end of her shift Pam may thank me for the fun time! I find her a godsend. I love having the laundry done and bed made —so well and quickly. Pam is a treasure.
The staff is conscientious and caring. Always returns my phone calls. William is very accommodating to my dad’s needs and Sharon Mumula is excellent. She keeps me informed of her visits with my dad and always ensures our needs are being met. I can’t thank her and William enough.
