You were quick to respond, listen to our requirements and sent a young woman who did everything we needed her to do. We just didn't need as many hours as we originally thought.
The biggest problems were these.
1. She didn't always complete her tasks as we expected.
2. Didn't put bucket, mop, etc. away when task was finished.
3. Needed explicit instructions for any task.
4. Required cleaning supplies (for which we paid) that we didn't use (spray Clorox instead of regular old Clorox)
I don't think she had enough training or experience or desire to do any more than was immediately apparent, e.g. cleaned the stove and oven but didn't wipe out the drawer below Vacumed the. sofa and two upholstered chairs in the living room but not under the cushions.
But our real problem. She listened to her telephone while folding laundry.
However, she is strong as an ox and moved furniture for my sister who was cleaning out her sewing studio and reorganizing her bedroom in the process of downsizing.

Your staff works as hard as possible to satisfy and fill the requirements, despite uncertainty of the actual providers, being as dependable as necessary. Situations noise occur that weren’t planned, but the staff does the best I can to overcome those events and uncertain.

Kind people ( women) come to my house way up the hill to spend time with my elderly mother. I so appreciate this service, more than I can express.

Receptionist is very helpful and friendly. The attendant was prompt and friendly and my husband was very pleased with the companionship.
I have Alicia who comes every Tuesday from i:00to 4:00pm and she is very kind, She is always happy and very thoughtful and always on time to pick me up to do errands with me and if we have some time left we play games. This one is really a keeper in your organization, Name removed

That you can schedule care for any amount of time. Also, the caregivers have all been very well trained and respond well to my husband with Alzheimer’s.
It provides an extra pair of hands to assist with light housework. Assist in spouse mental blockage to shower when needed. Helper is friendly and eager to assust where needed.
