Everyone from the Southaven office has been incredible. Having their help with First name removed has taken such a heavy weight off of my shoulders.
Ms. Sharron takes care of First name removed as if she is her own. She reads to and interacts with First name removed so she’s not just staring at the TV all day. She’s picked out clothes for First name removed to wear, keeps the dirty clothes separated and logs everything in accordingly. She makes sure First name removed gets to her rehab appointments and if something isn’t right, she lets Senior Helpers and myself know.
Last weekend, when my wife and I were visiting First name removed, we told Asia she could take a break while we visited. Tammy and I got First name removed to the bathroom, but needed help so we told a nurse. She called for a CRNA to room 108. Next thing you know, Asia came in, grabbed some gloves and confidently help take care of First name removed.
Because First name removed is special needs, she requires a little extra help, but I know without a doubt that she’s in good hands when you guys are with her!
They are very communicative and dependable. My dad seems to really enjoy his caregivers company!
They will do anything that you need them to do for you. The only problem I have is the communication, I think they should be required to understand English. They don’t have to speak it, but definitely understand what you are saying to them.

Pleasant nature of caregivers
I am not able do tasks like I could do even four months ago. I am currently going to multiple doctors for various health reasons. Having a caregiver to do various things I can no longer do helps to keep up with tasks. I also can not shower on my own. So having someone available to help me safely get in and out of my shower gives me peace of mind. All I have to do is ask for what I need done and that is so helpful
