Senior Helpers and staff helped care for our mother for over a year and a half. During that time, the administration went above and beyond to ensure coverage of her care with professional, experienced and well trained caregivers. Their care for their clients and staff shows in all their interactions, communications and loyalty of staff. We recieved quick, professional and compassionate responses for questions, needs and changes. We highly recommend Senior Helpers for care of your family member and support for your family.
Every member of their staff was great. The Aides were dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. The administrative people were very responsive and through. If someone was running late that let us know immediately and usually before they were due. If an Aide canceled they filled the slot before we knew there was an issue. These last two items were VERY rare events. I am a cynical person by nature and was amazed at how well run this organization is and it was obvious that, unlike the majority of businesses today, they put the customer first.

The people you hire are exceptional. We switched from Green Tree because we could not rely on the people there to show up. We have not had that problem with the staff at SH. Also, Melinda, Danae and Inga are WONDERFUL with my dad and they work hard when they are here. By the time I arrive back to the house from work in the evening, the house is already clean, and my dad has been well cared for. I no longer worry about his safety while at work.
