My caregiver
Amanda and Patrick are great to work with. They respond quickly to questions and provide thorough explanations. The staff is great at providing in-home patient aide.
Senior Helpers provides professional care. They are quick to respond to any questions . The caregiver shows concerns for the person in their care and for the family.
The young women that come are punctual they're polite they introduced themselves at the door if they're new I love the way many of them clean not all some are lacking but the ones that do they do it well and I appreciate your service their service also..

I don't like the Caregivers having to log in and out each time they come to our home to work.
Logging in should only be done while in our home not in the driveway.
Every caregivers has to use their own phone to log in. Some can do it quickly and others can't. If I've hires a caregiver to work for 4 or 5 hours then that's what I've agreed to pay no more and especially NO LESS

Your helpers are conscientious and thoughtful. I had failed to put a note about my husband's diabetes and rising blood sugars. Our helper today, Jade, called me to let me know about alerts on his Dexcom. That's when I realized I needed to give a little more information. Regardless, I appreciate Jade following through on something of concern to her. It was very reassuring to me. In a note that she left for me at the end of her shift, she offered a practical suggestion on how to more easily and safely shift my husband up in bed (he is currently bedridden.)
