I don't know. The company doesn't communicate with me. The helper is very pleasant and happy to help. But she is just so young and sometimes stubborn about listening to us when we try to explain to her the way we like or need things done. But she's very helpful and I'm glad she's here she helps with more things than I thought I had to do. I'm satisfied.

I’ve had 4 different aides due to scheduling and each person has had a watchful eye upon me and my safety.
One key issue I’ve had WAS not being able to walk and poor balance. That ended when Helping Hands walked through my door.
I was assisted off the bed and we walked around my apartment (with my rollator) walking 100 feet turned into a mile and a half-mile. So thrilled to be able to walk outside and away from my bed!

Most of our caregivers are pretty good but usually need to be reminded of some tasks and some are neater than others.
