As I told the lady at A-Town when I called after seeing the finished product on Friday afternoon - they did a fabulous job and both Jason and Rosevelt (I hope that was his name) were great - she was going to let their supervisor know how pleased we are!
The staff was knowledgable and friendly.. The service was very quick.
Your guys worked with our move in timeline and communicated with the house cleaning crew so they could finish while the A-town team got started.
I didn't think our carpets could get this clean! The tech that took care of our carpet was quick, thorough and friendly. I liked that we were given a bottle of stain remover.

We were not informed up front of the seperate treatment for removing pet urine from the carpet of the house we purchased. As a result, the carpet cleaning was 2X the estimate we were given. Not a good way to retain customers or get recommendations. What can you do? Refund the amount we were charged for the pet urine removal.
They did a great job, were very courteous, honest, and my carpet looks great!

We thought the prices were somewhat high for a mobile home that was empty, with no furniture to move or work around. Also the tech was 1 1/2 hours early for the appointment, and we had another appointment at 2 pm, so we had to leave the tech at the home. Also we were expecting 2-2 1/2 hours for the cleaning and it was only one hour, which further supports the price was somewhat high for the work involved. However the tech was thorough in his explanation of the added expenses ( a very short hall was added after the estimate), and explained there were 2 spots the cleaning would not remove. It was a short notice appointment, which we were glad to get in, but if we needed carpet services again, we would be hesitant to call. Good job, just not a great value.

From the initial inspection to the final cleaning, all the employees were top notch and professional. They were able to work diligently on my home to make it as "cat-free" as possible. They were genuinely concerned about the objective: to rid the house of cat hair and dander so that my step son could come home finally (he is very allergic to cats). They worked extra hard so that our lives would be improved, and it has! We are able to come home now, instead of staying in motels or at the church or imposing on family members. We have our life back again thanks to A-Town Hi-Tech!
Every one in Abilene talks about how hog your prices are so, for that reason, I would be hesitant to recommend you.
