I wanted my whole bedroom deep cleaned but no one ask me or gave me an estimate. They just cleaned at the traffic area. You did a great job on the ranch a couple of years ago, but everything went wrong this time. Thanks for asking for feedback amd hopefully that was just a bad day for your workers.

The service man was very professional. Was early for appointment. All carpet was cleaned as advertised. Carpet was dry after only a few hours. Cleaning solution smelled great.

Work a bit harder to get stains out of carpet the first time. The tech had to come back a second time to get out some stains.

The service person was very very nice. The carpet felt filmy after and took near 36 hours to not feel wet to the touch. Also it continued to look dirty. The indentions in the carpet did not come out and all of the nap continued to stay flattened. I understand the carpet was old and I was prepared for less than perfect result because of this, but I rented a home cleaner and got almost all of the results I felt were lacking from your service. Also I did another house that had not had the carpets cleaned in at least 3 years and my water was more clean in that house than the one cleaned two days prior. I am not trying to be harsh or rude, but just felt like honest feedback is important. I did not complain at the time because I figured the equipment was unable to do better than it just had. You were able to removed the smoke smell and that was wonderful!

The technition was so professional and knowledgable and he did a wonderful job. The customer service aspect was the thing I liked the most. He did not leave until he was sure I was satisfied. He went above and beyond to do a wonderful job!

Marsha did an awesome job cleaning the carpet in my daughter's car. The seats look a lot better than what they did before she cleaned the them. The bad odor that was in the car prior to the cleaning is now gone.

I did not have to do it myself! The young man that did the cleaning was very nice and polite.
His name was Gary. When I have it cleaned again I would like for him to come back and do it.

I had my carpet stretched where it had buckled up in places. My serviceman, Denise, was excellent! He did a wonderful job, had a wonderful personality and cleaned up his mess better than I could have done!

Tech is always friendly, careful and professional, carpet isn't extremely wet after cleaning and dries within a few hours, the floor looks GREAT - practically new - after cleaning, and coupons and special promotions make it affordable to clean my carpet regularly.

Not only did he call to say he was running a few minutes late (which was only a few minutes) he was so friendly and truthful about carpet. I appreciated how hard he worked on the job. Thank you so much.
