Nice guy and seemed to do a good job on the carpets, but he tracked in quite a bit of dirt and grass through the house coming in and out. Most disappointing was the huge mess of water that apparently leaked from the hoses. There were large puddles of water everywhere the hoses had been and he did not clean it up - it was all over my hardwood floors and took me quite a while to clean it up.

Especially the Tech - Tim Christisen; not only is he a fine tech, he is an upstanding young man. My Mother is Homebound, and when he heard me say to my Mom that I had the lawn man coming - Tim came back after work and mowed her grass, 3 lots across the street from her both sides and the lot in the back! My Mother lives in a Moble Home Park and it was very overgrown - as they don't really care; but a young man did! What a wonderful thing. technician professionalism and outcome

the heavily soiled traffic area in the bedroom was not helped, but we were told up front there was no guarantee.
there was an upcharge to clean the walk-in closets that we were not told about ahead of time. we opted to skip the closets. It was an empty house and I would've thought they could've thrown in the closets.

After the guy was finished cleaning I had to point out about 10 spots that were very noticable. He said they probably wouldn't come out and I started trying to scrub them with my fingernail and most of them came right out.

Friendly people who do what they said they would do. Rare in our society. Keep it up!
