Service tech got to house at 4:15 and was completely finished just past 5:30. I expected him to move end tables and 2 occasional chairs and clean under those. He did not. Atown,now Service Master, has always done that in past. I would come home to find chairs and lightweight tables witj plastic coasters under to protect carprt.Previously the raking was done over and over so that the carpet actually looked clean. My son called me to say this tech told him that to put protective product it would cost about same as carpet cleaning bit for $30 cash he would do it and now notate this. I paid him $30 cash when i got home and paid almost $300 and couldn't really tell that my home had been carpet cleaned. Should have taken him about 3 or so hours but only took him 1 1/2 hours for a 3 bedroom, 2 living areas and hall.

Every aspect from talking with the first person when I called and talked to a live and professional. I received a reminder call. The tech was running late and I received a call to let me know from customer service. Both technicians that I dealt with were very personable, but professional. Nothing was done without my approval and clear knowledge of what they were doing. I had everything in writing. I received a follow email regarding future services I would like performed and a follow up call regarding how satisfied I was with the service. Great work all the way around.

As I realize unexpected circumstances happen, it was an inconvenience to me that he could not show up until a couple of hours after scheduled appointment time.
The carpet cleaner was well trained, personable and took tim to explain what he was doing and any problem areas he identified.

The cleaning services are wonderful. The workers strive to get your carpets very clean. They did my bedroom yesterday because my cocker charges back in the house from outside when it had rained. I put blankets down to catch the mid on his feet, but he still got mid on my carpet. My bedroom carpet looks wonderful now.
I feel like the job as far as cleaning was good. The lady who cleaned our drapes was the one who came out and gave the estimate. She reeked of cigarettes on both visits. When she was cleaning, she was talking loudly on the phone, sometimes VERY loud. Apparently she has some personal problems. The young man that cleaned the carpet was very polite.
I do not need for you to do anything to make things right.
