I have had 2 appointments with your company in the last week.
Appointment for the tile cleaning estimate: Your office called twice to confirm my appointment (unfortunately, calls that I missed) and then you sent an email. While I appreciate the reminder, it was dissapointing when the person from your office was 30 minutes late and when I called to inquire, the person answering the phone said that "he forgot" but was on his way to my house. Maybe you should remind your staff of upcoming appointments as often as you remind the customer.
Appointment for the dryer vent cleaning: All went well, staff showed up on time, job well done until I went into the laundry room and the washer was not put back in the appropriate place. I had to call and have someone come back out to get the washer put back.
I love the fact that they came out that day maybe 15mins after we called.They were very honest and friendly took job to a whole nother level. The man that came to my house was Sean. Long story short we had another company named clean dry come out that morning and come back a second time because my wife laid a white towel on carpet and dirt came up every where she stepped.guy was a Stupid had every excuses why would come clean . Well if u didn't show up with a vacuum , spray bottle , buffer , and a rake nothing to suck water or dirt out. So my props go to Sean and ur company for the outstanding job he did mad my wif happy what more can a man ask for. Tech that performed the work was very polite and did an outstanding job.
I was not given the bottle of spray for future spots. I went to the office to pick it up. While there was none in the office I was assured that they would deliver some to my house. Still no spray.... Carpets look good but would like to try to keep them that way with the cleaner.
Located close enough to me that I do not have to travel far, and reasonable priced.

Brought the couch to you and picked it up. Now, if you're talking about just being able to bring in a piece of furniture and get it cleaned as "residential cleaning services" then I liked the fact that you got the job done as you said you would.

I felt the drying time was slower than I had expected. Some high traffic areas did not get as clean as I had hoped. May have more to do with the age of the carpet than the cleaning.
Poorly done job. Price charged to remove spots and spots were back in less than 6 weeks. Was told sofas would be moved and clean under them. This did not happen. I called and asked that they return. That never happened. Will take my business else where.

Very professional, came explained what they would do and did the job and explained why some stains did not come up. They did not have to move any furniture, but very careful with the walls and doors not to mar them.
