You cleaned my carpets.
A good reputable company.
First the guys did a great job, they even cleaned up after they were finished. Also Todd explained every step of the way what they were doing and answered all of my questions professionally and in detail. He took his time talking to my husband and I when we had questions and we had peace of mind after hearing him and knowing that our house would be so much cleaner.
The service man was so very nice, polite and effecient. He was careful with my furniture and did a wonderful job with no time wasted.

Service was late, took longer than expected based on past service, and carpet seemed moist for days after. All past experiences have been great with your business.

I took item to the shop
I would recommend ServiceMaster to my friends because of the way your employee took care of thire business, very respectful and made sure that I was pleaseed with his work before he left.
My small rug took six weeks to clean and it still smells like dog urine which is why I needed it cleaned. I paid almost $1000 for obviously a very bad service.

the one thing i would like to see improved on is they drying time--carpets were pretty wet--to the point that we couldn't walk on them without the little booties.

The technition was very knowledgable and very curtious. The carpet he cleaned was very old and stained from two grand children's spills and messes. Extra effort was given to ensure great effort was applied to clean the carpet. Outstanding job.
