Seemed fairly pricey to clean area rugs. Will come out to the house and clean 3 rooms for less then it cost to clean two 8 x 10 area rugs

I was happy with the friendliness of the employee, and the results LOOKED fine when he finished. However, two days later I was trying out my brand new vacuum & decided to make a quick run through the house. The canister was filed with dirt & had to be emptied twice by the time I made it through the whole house. I never expected to pick up that much dirt after just paying almost $340 to have my carpets cleaned. That was a staggering amount of money to me in the first place, (especially with all the financial needs that come with moving) but I had some friends recommend your company, so I decided it was worth it. I was wrong about that & I sure wish I had that money to spend on other things we needed. I sure hope spending the extra $100 for the carpet protector pays off in some way, because at least I'll feel like I got some long-term benefit. I'm not saying that the cleaning didn't help some, because I'm sure it did. I just feel that I paid a whole lot more than I wanted to & would like to have seen better results. The amount of dirt picked up by a vacuum that cost about half of what I paid for one day's cleaning was very disappointing. Based on this, I don't think I can recommend your company. I wish it would have worked out differently. Thank you for your time.

There were 2 men who delivered my rug - one of them was very lazy and uncooperative. He is a tall, Caucasian guy who is very overweight. You did did a great job cleaning the rug and I do appreciate that!

After asking the service tech to rake or remove his footprints from the carpet he didn't have a rake on his truck and went into detail about not having one on his truck because that wasn't really his truck! NOT MY PROBLEM! Also after he had gone had to clean up his dirty footprints off my wood floors! Not at all a professional job! Will not use again!!
Technician was contacted and written up for not following company procedures. customer will be contacted today to see if there is anything we can do to rectify our error and keep the customer.
You know how to take care of nice rugs. The men who delivered our rug were professional in their conversation and service. (Roosevelt Rhodes and Orlando Pedroza)
1. Carpet is not clean.
2. Had to tell cleaner that black marks were left on carpet that wasn't there before, he did go back and removed the marks.
3. Cleaner should have worn some kind of booties when cleaning.
4. Cleaner should have had someone walk thru after cleaning was done and to check the job results.
Lets just say it has not been a good experience.

My carpets do not look much different from before; and they feel quite sticky as I walk barefoot. They have looked better in previous cleanings (through a different company).
