Fast and polite service
Placed a $50 online order for wings w/chips, carrots & celery, fries, and salad. They omitted the carrots and celery but the worst part was the appearance of the wings!! Had I not placed the order myself, I would have thought we requested naked wings. And so much liquid leaked out into the bag! I called the store and was finally connected to the manager, Lee. She was obviously in the weeds because she talked over me and was otherwise unfocused on my complaint. She kept referring to the fact that the order was checked by my son before he left the restaurant, but my complaint wasn't the quantity of the food, it was the QUALITY!!! She offered that the mild flavoring 'has a lot of butter' which makes the sauce thin. She said 'we try to tell people about it', but there is no warning online for the pickup/delivery consumer. (This confession screams to the point that she KNOWS this is not right!) Even the fries and chips were lukewarm! She told me there was nothing she could do about it right then because 'we're in the middle of a rush' and the food was checked before leaving the store. I told her I'd escalate my complaint because she did not have the capacity nor the desire to help me. My mother said 'even the salad is juicy', and there was liquid in the bottom of that container. I don't recommend anything... other than they change the excess butter used in the sauces. I would have taken the food back, but I'm old and couldn't get it back up there. And I don't do apps and taking photos to upload and all that jazz. I want a refund. We won't EVER go back there.

The food was delicious and my favorite is Grilled Chicken Quesadilla!! My husband is the wings !! Also thank you for adding fresh Vegetables to my Quesadilla with the Grilled Chicken flavors were amazing😊

Wings were very salty, I actually got some sauce on the wings this time, not because that's the way they should come, but because I paid extra for something that should already be there.
I had to wait a very long time just to come in and pick up my food. The associate saw me there before he walked away and dis not come back for 5-6 minutes at least.

The wings, flavors, and service are always great. I get there earlier in the day because other strip mall stores will take parking spaces hostage.
The last time I was at this location service was extremely slow, and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. My family sat down at the same time a different family sat down right behind us, and they were served their food, and received their check before my family received any food. When we finally got the food the chips were soggy, and undercooked. I had them re-done and the second batch was over cooked and burnt. The server also used my reward points without asking.

Our food was great per usual but our server wasn’t. She was very pleasant but disappeared after our food came. We did notice a waitress who was expecting who seemed to be taking care of her tables the whole time. Just thought you might want to know. Thanks
