The wait for lunch specials on a non-busy time was ridiculous. We have a 30 minute lunch and by the time our food came out, we were 45 minutes into our 30 minute lunch. Lunch specials should be faster that's why people order them...price and time.
Food was hot and fresh
Take out order was wrong and I live in Rustburg so the trip back to Lynchburg was time and money.
Food is always fresh and hot when we receive it and the staff is always pleasant, friendly, and polite.
As always, I had friendly service, the wings and fries were hot, and the sauce was tasty.

The first server who came to our table was completely out of it! My wife ordered Dr Pepper and I ordered a small coors draft beer. The waitress brought what might have been a mello yellow and a bottle of coors beer. fortunately another server came and took over and did a fine job.

I asked for boneless wings not to be overcooked but they were still hard. Many times, they are cooked so hard they are difficult to chew.
Also my husband asked for medium chips but some of them were do soggy and floppy, he could not eat them.
We like the staff here. They are very nice but we were quiet disappointed with our food.

It took 20 minutes past the quote time and no apology was given. Normally this location is on time and friendly, neither happened this time. Our mozzarella sticks were great, but the chicken was over cooked.

We did take out and while the people were very friendly, their communication was lacking between each other. The app let me place an order for something that they were out of and while that's not a big deal since they were willing to replace it, I didn't hear about it needing to be replaced until about 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and I'd been standing there the whole time. They were apologetic and nice about it. I ordered something different with no tomato and it took another 20 minutes to get my food and when I got it home there were tomatoes under the dressing on it. The people are very friendly and helpful, they just need to communicate with each other a little more.
Every time I order wings here there they are never fresh but I am always told that it will be ready in 20-25 minutes. Chicken wings need to be fresh all the time. I order a 10 pc every time and I can tell when chicken is fresh and when it has been sitting.

I returned to the Reynolda Road East Coast Wings for lunch today. The manager had contacted me personally because of my previous experience and how bad the food was that time. He was at the restaurant today and made sure our orders were fixed properly and was very gracious. Great customer service. It makes a difference when a restaurant recognizes that they have provided a less than positive dining experience and makes you feel like a valued customer. Will definitely be returning to this restaurant!
