The service is always a hit a miss at this location. Sometimes the server is friendly and sometimes we are provided with bare minimum service.

Waitress was very attentive food was great as always.
I scored it with an 8 because of the past year of customer service. My past reviews were much lower but things have gotten better with this location.
Horrible service. Took 20 min to get our drinks. Took over an hour to get our order of 10 wings, a kids meal and a wrap. Anytime I asked what the delay was I kept getting it should only be another minute. When we finally did get our food it was COLD. Waitress avoided us and we never got refills.
We have a “bar only” policy at ECWG Statesville. The bartenders are friendly and knowledgeable, they provide great service. Every time we have sat a table in the dining room we have been incredibly disappointed. The servers were not attentive, they forgot critical items such as utensils and napkins. The dining room is also usually much dirtier than the bar, the staff will walk around a spill instead of cleaning it up.
Food is always good and even though there were 2 large groups seated ahead of us, service was great and attentive.
I frequently get my wings from yor locations, I must say the Kernersville location is my least favorite. New Garden is the best! Last week I ordered wings at lunch time, wings came to my table cool to the touch which wasted fifteen minutes of my lunchtime. Vey dissapointed.
This past Sunday we ordered and more than 15 minutes later the waitress came to the table next to us and said they ran out of burgers. I ordered a burger and instead of telling me at that moment they waited another 5 minutes to come back and tell me.
Then the food replacement food I ordered took a long time to come out.
Then they put the fries in the same tray as the boneless wings which makes the fries soggy from the sauce.
I sent the fries back.
I also had to ask for drink refill because it took forever
They did bring me new fries and gave me a discount for all the trouble.
Wings were flavorful and tasty.
I do love the fries and ranch there. But the price is SO high. I got the tenders and they were a bit stringy.
Cannot really think of anything that needs improvement, always good food & friendly service
About two out of every ten times the service is lacking but that's expected when help is hard to find.
The food was GREAT! Chloe Byrd was an excellent server. She was funny and very quick to fill drinks and get us whatever we needed. My wife ordered the shrimp and it was on point! I had the Dill Burger and it was cooked perfectly. And we got to use our $10 off coupon for my birthday. Thank you.
Everything is always good at this location.
Love the management and staff there. We are regulars and bring our family and friends often…because of the people, the food and the drink specials! Please don’t change a thing.

Brri is the best bartender ever! She is so sweet and friendly! My mom comes down from VA just to eat here because she loves the food and says Bri makes the best Margaritas! Bri always remembers what we like which truly makes us feel special. She is amazing!
Sara is also great and a lot of fun on Fridays when my boss & I come for lunch. She also remembers our normal orders and is very friendly. The food is good but Bri and Sara are the main reason we keep coming back so often.

Need more help. Our server was excellent. He did a great job, worked hard and I have no complaints with him. It took forever to get our food. Again, not the server's fault. The server was trying to take care of too many people. More help was needed to accommodate the customers.

It’s been hit or miss lately. I always order the same thing: 15 wings Kamikaze Mild, all flats…the wings were soooo freaking hard and crunchy as if the were refried. I hate complaining because I come here so much but I’m gonna have to put yall on hold. I’m wasting my money. I will try again next year. Can they change my phone number in the system?
