We had a great experience before the Wake/Duke game!
Quality of the wait staff is inconsistent and we typically end up with missing items in takeout meals. Missing kids beverages from kids meals seem to be the most frequent omission.
Raised prices
Very inconsistent. Chips were inedible last night. The oil was old or burned.
I love your food. But last night my call in order was not the best. I was supposed to have the lemon pepper wings. They were very dry and there was no lemon pepper seasoning to be found. They also were not that tender. This is the first time I have had to complain about your food and maybe it was just an off night. I could not eat them.
Good service. But need more alcohol specials
It was outstanding! It was my birthday and we took our three kids there for kids night. Alex was great, he was attentive and very efficient and very friendly. We had an awesome experience. We will definitely be back.
I always have a good experience when I either eat in or take out my order. When I eat in the wait staff is always very courteous and timely in keeping my drink filled or if I need napkins or any other help I may need. Also they are always very helpful when I have any questions about my membership card, specials or discounts.

The last several times we have eaten dinner there we have been told that there are issues in the kitchen with regard to getting the food out. Just last night it took close to 40 minutes. I heard rumblings from other tables that their experience was the same. A two top was waiting over an hour. I realize things happen but this seems to becoming the norm rather than the exception.

The manager Tiffany is rude, and if there is more then a couple people at a table half the food comes out, and 10 minutes later the other half comes out. Happens every time we go.

Consistent quality, affordability and convenience. It’s definitely one of our regular places for dinner.
I love everything about it except for the server having to stand there while we leave our tip and pay. I like it when they leave and come back to the table for the bill and payment.
East Coast Wings is comfortable with nice music in the Dining area. The Bar area is modern nice. Service has never been a problem and the menu is very good.

waitress didnt know stuff, very slow and the place was not busy, my water wasnt being topped off. my food came out wrong after she asked me twice about it after i ordered
