Clean pleasant environment, good lunch menu, good service.
The staff is always very attentive. The food is always very good.
My wife and I both got dry rub wings. They were not tossed with enough flavor to the point where they had no flavor. There was a little of the rub in the basket but none was on the wings themselves.
The food taste great.
This time the wings were just a little over cooked and not much of a lemon pepper taste, ( dry rub )
Listen with the intent to hear when the customer orders rather than with the intent to respond
Friendly. The wings were larger than others I have had. They had good amount of sauce on them. Chips were cooked right.

It was nice to eat out again. Wait staff were friendly and the kitchen staff were amazing with the wings.
Food is always good; but what we like best is our server, Rachel. She is not only a great server, but is genuinely interested in her customers!!

ECW Mt.Airy is always a great experience. The food is always the same great quality and the service is outstanding.
You charge for every single thing. I don't mind paying for the sauce to go on the tenders, but then you charge to get ranch that should already come with the order. A tiny size ranch in no way should come with 3 or 5 chicken tenders. You even acknowledge it is not enough. This is the only establishment I know that charges. You need to change your ways. It is ridiculous. You lose $25 because of .60 . Makes no sense.
The service was excellent and the waitress was awesome.
Have always liked/loved the food and the service. This last time during the COVID restrictions I was glad to see the employees giving the same great service while wearing masks and keeping surfaces sanitized. Only thing is I question the cleanliness of using gloves over and over rather than washing hands.

Best wings in town and the homemade chips with the cheese dip are outstanding! Friendly staff and convenient location. Always look forward to going there!
Ready when I get ready to pick up! Temperature and stars are also great not to mention the price is affordable.
Excellent food, excellent service, and I appreciated the social distancing efforts put in place and the fact that all the staff were wearing masks. Would be great if you stayed open a bit later than 8:00 right now though!
Really really appreciate extreme cleaning procedures that this location ALWAYS practices, especially since COVID worries. We will NOT go anywhere servers do not wear masks &/or practice social distancing. That being said, wings were awesome & thoroughly enjoyed variety of beers. Often overlooked restaurant near HT at 16/73 .
