The teachers are motivating
I love the uniformity of the classes. The teachers are fantastic and well trained.The studio is always clean and welcoming. I love sculpt and HPF and try to go four times per week. I miss the studio when I travel to Idaho and wish you would open in Sun Valley as nothing compares to Core Power.

Awesome yoga sculpt classes! I always feel like I am getting an amazing core body workout with the exercises and strength training. I am rejuvenated after each class.
Classes are amazing as are the teachers. I just wish you had some classes during the week at 7 or 8 there is nothing except a 6 am class then no class until 9 ...
Teachers were very welcoming and friendly. Classes were good. My only disappointment was that most of the classes aren't very hot compared to my home Core Power. Just when the room starts to warm up, the teacher opens the door.
