I came to the C2 75 min class on Sunday, Sept 2. I think the instructor was Stefania?? This class was great! One of the best C2 classes I have attended. It was a completely different flow from other classes I attended and challenged me. It was an excellent work out!

I love the warm and friendly experience from the time I walk in the door until the end of class. There are so many classes to choose from so you can always find what your body needs: some slow flow kindness, some sculpting, or a challenge.
