Danielle was absolutely amazing! Though I'm not experienced like the others in the class, Danielle made me feel comfortable and gave clear instructions throughout. She also gave encouragement and affirmations when I was doing something right. I definitely used muscles I didn't know I had...they're still talking to me two days later. Will most certainly being going back! :)

I like this studio because it is close to my work and convenient to practice after work. I enjoyed Joshua’s C2 class a lot. I typically go to North Park studio but find the classes to be good at both. I would recommend to get better window covers for the studio as the sun heats the room and was glaring into my eyes anytime we faced outward which affected my practice.
I felt very welcome, and the staff were understanding of my fitness level.

Sarah is an outstanding instructor, and such a friendly person. It is very apparent that she cares about her class and her students, and she took the time to help me pick out a new yoga mat.
Lots of classes and great instructors
Diana was great! I took a C2 class with her earlier this week. She gave very clear and precise direction. She had an awesome theme (chakras) and our movements revolved around the one she selected - the root chakra. She also played an instrument at the end of class and gave us all a take-home motivational saying. All in all, I thought it was amazing and I'll definitely be back!
Joshua is fantastic - tough class but we love him! Irene too, amazing instructors!
