Very friendly. Shane is a great Escher especially for beginners and those with little experience. I like the option of two rooms and more classes available.

The new studio is beautiful. Great space and nice locker room. Who wouldn't want to do yoga here? Wonderful teachers and friendly and welcoming staff. And shopping at Core Power is always a treat.
