Love the studio. One request. I wish the class on Saturday/Sunday was slightly earlier. I do see other people leave early as well. If you have kids they always have activities by 830/9 am, so I always have to leave a few minutes early. I know there is a 630 sculpt class, but I prefer C2. Maybe 7 or 7:15? Just a thought.

Loved Lisa's class and the studio itself. Great location, beautiful, clean, and a wonderful clientele. I live in Escondido, so will mix coming to 4S with Poway for scheduling, but am likely to be a Lisa loyalist :)

I am a 100 percent disabled Veteran. I have found the 4S studio to be a very professional run studio. I highly recommend this studio to other Veterans as a great means of recovery. The myriad of classes and instructors is invaluable.
Variety of classes and schedules to choose from that fits with my schedule. Friendly and lively instructors.
Loved Carrie’s vibe for class. The studio and the teachers are great. Except on weekends you really need to have a max on people in class it gets way too crowded.
I love the studio and it's close to my house. Win win. My one piece of feedback is maybe capping class size given COVID / mask wearing. The class I was in felt a bit tight and people weren't keeping their masks on. Made me a bit uncomfortable.
