The instructors are all very good at what they do. Their cues are always on point and really help me to adjust my postures to get the most out of my yoga. In addition, they make yoga more than a workout. The way they connect mind and body, and make you realize the connection between the mind and body has helped me improve my mood. I stress less off my mat and I am less anxious because I’m able to apply the breathing techniques that I learn on my mat to stressful situations in my everyday life. The instructors are why I go to CorePower at 4S Commons. They are awesome.
The studio is clean and well kept, staff are friendly and helpful and there is a positive vibe. Love this studio!
