Slight lackluster delivery. Perhaps it was a disconnect between the soothing mellow times voice and the high temp music. Also some lack of specificity of the names or descriptions of postures. For example, in balancing stick the balance challenge was grab both ankles.

Great location, friendly, competent and effective Yoga Instructors. I worry about how much they are compensated so that Core Power doesn't lose quality instructors.

Sometimes the room is super hot. I avoid the most advanced classes because 104° is not pleasant. I have attended less advanced classes and have experienced 104° for sculpt, C1 and C2.

Instructors are very welcoming and friendly. Facilities are nice.

The amount and variety of classes. experience of the teachers too. I wish there were more locations in north county San Diego and Temecula. Also ride and yoga (ray) classes.
