Good inspection very detailed

Knowledgeable, professional, patient. Best decision I made going with this company. I highly recommend using their service. They walk you through every step regardless of the age of the home. They don’t take any shortcuts. Felipe was my inspector and he was great, walking me through the different things that I need to know. He showed up on time and was ready to start.

I used Highland Home Inspections based on a recommendation from an agent long ago and found Barry to be a very thorough and patient inspector. I learned a lot by just following him around and asking questions (which he never seemed annoyed by) and received a very detailed report (with pictures) at the end. I was so pleased with my experience during that purchase that when I needed another home inspection, I asked my agent to see if Barry was available and he was! Walking into the home inspection knowing that I had an inspector on the job that I could trust really helped to put my mind at ease. As I'd hoped, I had the same positive experience that I had over a decade ago. He was timely, personable, as patient as I'd remembered, and really seemed to enjoy educating us about the house and its inner workings. He even took the time to explain some things to my curious child. I have only worked with one inspector (Barry) from Highland Home Inspections, but if they are all like him (as other reviews might suggest), you can expect a positive experience, detailed inspection, and thorough report of findings when you choose to work with this company.
