Richard did a thorough job inspecting a property I'm about to purchase. He explained clearly and concisely what he found that was correctly installed and/or operating, and what needed further attention. His knowledge of construction and engineering systems - including water, heat/AC, and electric, is superb, and I feel he did an excellent job.

The inspectors were very professional and thorough. Excellent quality of written documentation as well as verbal feedback and assessments during the inspection itself.
