I’ve attended hundreds of home inspections at this point in my career and JD is the best of the best.
We had a wonderful inspection, as always, with JD Pyle. My clients were across the country during the inspection, and he communicated all aspects and findings of the inspection remotely with them. I am so appreciative of his thoroughness and engaging manner with clients.
Andy was fantastic! This was my first inspection as a new agent and he was patient, let me follow him around and explained EVERYTHING! I will definitely call him for all of my future inspections.

Home Inspector shook my hand when he met me and assumed I was the Listing Agent. He then proceeded to give me vague one-word answers for 15 minutes on any questions about the inspection. Next time, he should ask that question when he is introduced to the buyers agent, instead of assuming.
A pre-listing home inspection is always a great idea!

The inspectors are very knowledgeable, always on time, and the reports are awesome. I love the new action to do list, which highlights the major repairs that are needed. Reports are very thorough and easy to read and understand. All of the inspectors are very good with the clients. I have been a realtor for 11 years and I have never used anyone but Highland Home Inspections. Highly recommend!
