ease of navigation and customer support
Our Travel Planner Danielle Bonis did a fantastic job helping us with our trip to Hawaii (Maui). It’s our first time traveling to Hawaii and she helped us with the right accommodations for the type a trip we had in mind which was a mix of active excursions and beach time.
She’s had great input on food options, best excursions and operators and flight recommendations and bookings.
Emily very informative and responsive. I was disappointed that my gift certificate from Bellin had expired and Bellin would need to purchase another one which I would not expect them to do. Since 2020 was the start of the pandemic shut down I think it would beaapropriate to extend my certificate another year. Just a suggestion.
