Overall, excellent service. Very attentive and diligent in making the reservation work despite network issues and errors on the Delta site. The main improvement request would be that seats were not reserved as windows/aisles as indicated during the call, but were put in middle seats instead despite availability.

Friendliness of all the customer service agents. They understand my needs and requests. The extra fee is such an added value, since navigating Concur can be such a nightmare. It's wonderful to have someone provide options quickly without having to wait for the system to reboot or re-search. Having Fox schedule my needs have saved me hours doing exactly the same thing and have a friendly voice on top of that. Fox is reliable.
