The agents have always been extremely helpful, even in the middle of the night. My last trip, my connection got cancelled and there were no other flights. It was 1am. The agent was amazing. Got trip reconfigured and found me a rental car, so I could drive the 4 hours instead of being stuck at the airport for 24 hours. I've had several instances of flights gone wrong and the service has always been excellent at finding solutions quickly.
My representative on the phone today was extremely easy to work with and incredibly helpful. She solved my all-day flight delay issues in minutes and even called me back afterward to make sure that I received an e-mail/text from United. Thank you!
