The agent was very helpful. I, however, do not like the new format on your app. It is very difficult to book a flight, hotel and rental car. The flight schedule doesn't appear offering all the flights available. Where do you put in the timeframe that you want to fly in. The hotel section is very hard to narrow down an exact location that you need to be in. The app isn't friendly at all for Android users.

I didn't have to do anything I do have a question though do I just show my verification code at the gate for boarding or do I have to go to the Southwest counter?
