I elected to receive a call back instead of waiting and got a call back and then we were disconnected and received another call back. The lady was very responsive and took care of my request while she was dealing with a weather/travel nightmare on top of everything else. I really appreciated her help and professionalism as we were both stressed. This is the second time I have used Fox Travel and both times I have been very happy with the results.

I didn’t use the service. Someone else booked the hotel. Got there and was able to get in after some work by the staff trying to figure out how to pay for it. Got my room though.
We truly enjoy working with Amber. She listens to our needs and concerns and takes care of all of them. She chose a wonderful resort for us to travel to in 2025 and we are going back to the exact same resort in 2026. We love working with her and Fox Travel.
