Overall, excellent service. Very attentive and diligent in making the reservation work despite network issues and errors on the Delta site. The main improvement request would be that seats were not reserved as windows/aisles as indicated during the call, but were put in middle seats instead despite availability.

It's wonderful to have someone provide options quickly without having to wait for the system to reboot or re-search.
