The travel advisors that we have worked with, for a long time, know the vacation travel industry and FWT’s travel partner’s offerings very well. They anticipate most of our questions / concerns and go the extra mile to ensure that our trips go as planned. If there are any trip issues like flight changes or cancellations our advisors have been right there immediately working with the airlines, and us, to get us to our destination on time.

Denise was incredibly kind and helpful. My initial flight was canceled due to a credit card issue, and she made several calls to get me rebooked on the exact same flight—with the same seats—at the original fare. That was tremendous help. I’ll definitely recommend booking through your agency, and a big shout-out to Denise for going above and beyond.
