Very prompt, professional, and friendly service. I have spoken with two agents to date, on 4/30, and 5/2. The first agent was very nice but did not discuss specific agreements that Delta has with the College Board for some seat requests, perhaps because my plans were still tentative at that time.
The person also misspelled my first name, which is long. Fortunately, the second person checked that and also provided the Delta seating information.
Both agents were very courteous and pleasant. Thank you!!

The representatives are very helpful to get whatever you need booked and it is nice to receive correspondence with updates and conformations. It makes you feel comfortable that your travel plans are really taken care of by people who care.

Friendly people, quick service
It is usually a quick turnaround and makes traveling structured and organized. I like that it already incorporates my frequent flyer profile, hotel profiles, etc. for convenience.
Very detailed itinerary; easy process to reserve a tour; and any questions answered. Nice having a person to ask questions.
After we decided on tour, it was nice to talk through the booking process with Emily. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. And it will be nice to have a Fox Travel experienced guide with us on the tour. Looking forward to the “extras” that Fox Travel adds to this tour. The Fox Best of Italy in October 2025 should get a great, comprehensive guided tour.
