Easy to communicate on email and quick responses. Agent seems to easily comprehend what my needs are. Love that I can see the flight in my American App, too. Wish the agent could book Exit row as requested -- they did not, nor did they respond to that request. But I was able to change the seats myself in my AA app immediately after it was booked.
