Not a high turnover rate. This means Hughes is good to their employees & keeps them happy. We especially appreciate Ron who helped get our house tented for termites & held our hand through some scary things, Brian who keeps our bugs away each quarter & Brittany in the office who has helped us through many questions & relates well to her clients.

The technician that came here last time did an excellent job. As requested, he only sprayed outside of the house and we seen the largest number of dead roaches that we have ever seen. Please let know how happy we are with his service.
I sent in a review about 10 days ago and received a phone call right away from Sonja in the Ellijay office. She went over my concerns and and her explanations were very helpful. Our former service tech followed up with a visit today to be sure everything was handled and I am extremely pleased with both the phone call and visit.
