I recently purchased home in St. Marys, Ga that has a rat and roach infestation. Arrow Exterminators was recommended to me to solve my pest problem; and boy am I glad I listened. I am not currently residing in St. Marys, but in Florida. The communication from Arrow has been phenomenal. I have received several calls from the techs and written reports to keep me fully advised to the scope of the problem, the work needed to eradicate the problem, and the progress towards our mutual goal of a pest free home. I am fully confident that when I arrive in St. Marys in a few weeks that my house will be rodent and roach free. Another great benefit of calling Arrow is that when you call them, Alexis answers the phone (not a machine) and promptly sets you up with the right techs for the services you need. Tracy
I like the fact that you are accommodating to our busy lives. Corey was a big hit with my grandson and didn’t seem bothered by being followed around and talked too while he worked. I’ve not seen any bugs and that tells me what you use is working. I like the many different services that are provided and will continue to call on Arrow for those services as needed.

The treatments work and if they dont you will come back out at no charge. Also, I can say enough about Derrick - he is very knowledgeable about all the pests, their mating cycles, etc. Plus he has such a friendly personality.
