Your product seems to do a good job, don't really have anything to compare it with. But I really like your associates. Matt is as friendly and courteous as anyone I've ever known. He listens to your problems if you are having any and treats as needed to solve the problem. He makes very good recommendations for what we should to do. Once he found a bedroom window that was cracked open just a tad allowing some tiny spiders to come in. We'd never noticed that the window was not closed properly. He helped us with a problem we were having with moths. Turned out they had been brought in by raw peanuts that we'd purchased through mail order for boiling. Won't ever buy them again. Though we don't know Will as well, he only sprays outside for mosquitos, he is very polite and courteous and always does a good job. He always calls before coming to make sure it is a good time for us. The ladies that I've spoken with over the phone are very nice and I remember when I was interested in transferring service from one house to another, that lady was extremely helpful. I like the fact that your trucks are easily recognizable because in this day and age, trust and feeling safe is essential.
Reliable and friendly staff. Their product does the job as we have never been bothered by pesky critters. Because we have a small bird in the house susceptible to doors, we only have the exterior sprayed… but we have never experienced issues indoors either! Stark Exterminators do a wonderful job! Thank you!

Tim is very efficient quietly goes about his job. Ask questions he will stoo and answer any question you have for him. Also the pesty insects are gone.
